A clear proposal.
A project you can follow.
KEZ$ is a platform concept for organizing purchases, credit requests and the rights and payments of each operation. The product is being developed in Florianópolis, Brazil.
A place to present your next step.
The proponent explains what they want to achieve, how much they need and which terms they intend to offer. One page brings together the purpose, target, documents and progress of the proposal.
Participants decide whether to explore and fund an eligible operation. Registration, disclosures, assessment, contracts and execution must follow the product and responsible provider's requirements.
Different purposes. Identified rights.
| Planned product | What it represents |
|---|---|
| Personal or business loan | The borrower's payment obligation under the credit instrument. |
| Financed purchase | Financing linked to the intended purchase. |
| Shared purchase | A co-ownership or participation right defined and formalized by the selected structure. |
| Proposed collateral | An asset or right to be verified, valued and linked to the obligation through the required formalities. |
The project page should explain which right the participant acquires, who the counterparty is and how funds will be used. A deposit alone does not make someone a shareholder or owner.
Gross amount, fee and net amount should be visible.
The commercial direction is percentage-based remuneration on eligible incoming funds, tied to a service and charged by the competent provider. Eligibility, pricing and refund rules depend on the contracted arrangement.
The calculator shows only the arithmetic relationship between the gross amount, an illustrative fee and the net amount. Values remain in Brazilian reais, including in the English version. Interest, taxes and other costs are not included.
The digital record follows the right.
Blockchain is planned for recording events and representing identified rights. Ownership, participation and collateral depend on the corresponding contracts, checks and registrations.
Uploading a document or creating a token does not by itself establish a security interest or transfer real estate. Fundraising completion, financial settlement and formal acquisition are distinct stages.
A payment unit under development.
The design assumption is a Brazilian-real-referenced stablecoin, with 1 kez per R$1 and issuance, reserve and redemption terms defined by contract. The issuer, custody and commercial structure remain to be defined.
The experimental tKEZ contract was compiled and tested on a local simulated blockchain. Its declared reserve does not verify money in a bank. No commercial issuance or redemption promise is available in this version.
Sharing a proposal requires boundaries.
Documents, identity data, banking information and biometrics should have access and retention rules for each purpose. These data will not be published on a public blockchain.
OCR and AI are planned as information-extraction tools, with review and traceable sources. Reading a document does not prove authenticity, ownership or recovery value.
In the demonstration, drafts are stored only in this browser. Use fictional data. No financial account is connected and no proposals are submitted for assessment.
First, demonstrate a complete cycle.
The current stage includes the website, presentation, calculators and drafts. Further stages depend on establishing the operator, qualified providers, contracts and integration testing.
The commercial experience should cover registration, disclosure, acceptance, execution, payments, reconciliation and closing, including failures and refunds.
The English version presents the same Brazilian project. It does not represent authorization to provide financial services in the United States or any other country.
